VMA’s Competency Assessment Center provides TESDA competency assessment in Bacolod for workers, graduates, scholars, and skilled individuals seeking an official National Certificate. The TESDA-accredited center at Fiesta Homes, Barangay Sum-ag conducts assessments across 17 qualifications in hospitality, food service, tourism, welding, and ship catering. Candidates receive a quality- and integrity-driven assessment process aligned with TESDA standards.

VMA TESTC accepts listed programs such as TWSP, STEP, Negros First Scholarship, UAQTEA, and DILG TRABAJO or LGU assistance, subject to current availability and eligibility.
