Register and have your basic personal information encoded.
Guidance Center
Receive your test results. Submit your Good Moral Certificate and a 2x2 colored picture with a white background.
Clinic
Complete the physical examination and submit the required laboratory results.
Registrar’s Office
Submit your school records. New and irregular students receive their prospectus from this office.
Dean’s Office
Proceed with course appraisal and sign a probationary contract when applicable.
Accounting Office and Cashier
Returning students must verify their accounts and pay the required downpayment at the cashier.
Bookstore
Process your school identification card and uniform requirements.

Maritime & BSCrim to ICT. BSHM/BSTM to CHBM Office. Complete subject tagging and print the registration form.
