At VMA, we invest in the tools that matter. Our flagship facility is a Full Mission Ship Handling Simulator — capable of replicating diverse vessel types, sea states, geographic locations, and night-time conditions. Alongside this, our Full Mission Engine Room Simulator provides students with immersive, hands-on engineering training that mirrors real shipboard environments.

STCW Training in Bacolod — Negros Island's Only Accredited Maritime Training Center
The VMA Maritime Training Center (VMTC), located at Brgy. Pahanocoy, Bacolod City, has been delivering MARINA-recognized STCW training since 1992. It is the only ISO 21001:2018-accredited maritime training facility in Negros Island, serving seafarers from Bacolod, Region VI, and Mindanao for over 31 years.

VMA TESTC AC, located at Fiesta Homes, Brgy. Sum-ag, Bacolod City, is a TESDA-accredited assessment and training center committed to the standard of ‘Tatak TESDA, Tatak World Class.’ We offer a wide range of National Certificate (NC) qualifications, diploma programs, and bundled courses across culinary arts, hospitality, welding, and maritime catering — all designed to open immediate employment opportunities in the Philippines and abroad.
