Together with the Philippine Red Cross Negros Occidental Chapter and the Negros First Provincial Blood Center, this life-saving initiative is part of KAPAWA Project: Amlig-Kabuhi by VMA Global College and Training Centers, Inc. through the Community Extension and Development Office and in coordination with 1301st Coast Guard Auxiliary Squadron.
