VMA’s inaugural batch of criminology students gathered for an acquaintance party on July 25, 2025, at the VMA Audio Visual Room.
The celebration began with opening remarks from Dr. Kirsty Mae I. Magno Rcrim, Dean of the College of Criminal Justice Education. The first activity, the “Longest Line Challenge,” encouraged students to collaborate and creatively form the longest line possible using available materials, showcasing their teamwork. This was followed by simultaneous games: “The Puzzle of Unity” which tested their problem-solving abilities, “Campus Hunt” where they searched for clues to solve a fictional crime, and an obstacle course on the VMA field called the “Perseverance Trail” that challenged their strength and determination.
The lively atmosphere continued as the crowd cheered for the crowning of Mr. and Ms. Freshie, and the event concluded with faculty and staff presenting certificates and awards to the most active participants.
